Night Out Parties!
With a group of 5 or more adults, you can schedule an outing at the studio! Gather your friends and family together and come in and create lasting memories of time well spent.
Private Party Times Available (studio rental required) call for details.
All other parties would be during regular business hours.
BYOB in the State of PA encompasses Beer & Wine only – Valid ID required.

POTTERY PAINTING, GLASS FUSING, MOSAICS, & WINE GLASS PAINTING
We refer to these nights out as our “Mixed Medium” Nights. All attendees choose their own piece to create; not everyone has to paint the same piece or even create the same type of project. For example, someone may choose to paint pottery while a friend may choose to paint a wine glass. Choose from any of the mediums listed above and the Busy Bees staff will instruct you on how to work with the medium. For groups of 5 or more.
Canvas Painting
With a group of 5 or more full-paying adult canvas attendees, you can schedule your date, time, and design you would like to paint based on availability. Instructor fee of $35 is paid upon booking. Canvas Design choices must be emailed or called into the studio 5 days prior to the event date.
BOARD ART
With a group of 5 or more full-paying adults, book a Board Art Party. Everyone in your group will create a custom, personalized board with instruction and guidance from the Busy Bees team. All boards are paid in advance.
You may schedule your outing during normal business hours or after business hours (private rental fees apply) with a 10 day notice based on availability.
Your outing may last up to 2 hours, if additional time is needed beyond that, additional fees of $50/hour if it is beyond normal business hours. Reservations are required.
Canvas instruction begins promptly at start of booking time. Please have your guests arrive 10-15 minutes early, as instruction begins at the party start time.
You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes prior to your event.
Note: Canvas parties require a $35 instructor fee to be paid upon booking. Board Art parties must be paid for in advance to ensure party supplies can be prepped prior to your party**
All parties must be booked 10 days in advance.
For after hours private parties, a studio rental fee of $50/hour will apply and is due at booking. Call the studio for more details. Minimum of 5 projects must be purchased.

If no one is seated 60 minutes prior to closing, we will close early. Call to check before arriving. Thank you for understanding!
